These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the addssolutions.com website, as well as the engagement of ADDS services.
By accessing this website, the user declares to have read, understood and fully accepted these terms. If you do not agree with any provision, you should stop using the website immediately.

ADDS provides consulting services in artificial intelligence, data and digital solutions. The specific conditions of each service — including scope, timelines and pricing — are defined in an individual proposal presented to the client after the Discovery Session.
Information presented on the website about services is for informational purposes only and does not, by itself, constitute a contractual offer.
5. Discovery Session
The Discovery Session is free and carries no obligations. It consists of an initial conversation to understand the potential client’s context and assess whether there is mutual alignment for collaboration.
Booking a Discovery Session does not create any contractual relationship or obligation to engage services.
6. Intellectual property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, design, code and branding — is the property of ADDS or the respective rights holders and is protected by Portuguese and European intellectual property legislation.
Unauthorised reproduction, distribution or use of any content from this website is expressly prohibited, unless authorised in writing by ADDS.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Portuguese Republic. For the resolution of any dispute arising from the use of this website or the provision of services, the courts of the judicial district corresponding to the ADDS headquarters shall have exclusive jurisdiction, with express waiver of any other.
