Who is behind
ADDS?
Founded and led by João Marques, ADDS was born from a real journey inside technology. Before creating ADDS, João worked as a data analyst, data scientist and business intelligence professional at Portuguese companies in sectors including healthcare, technology consulting and energy.
That diversity of contexts made it clear what João wanted to build: a company where SMEs and professionals without large technical teams find technology within their reach, where every project starts by listening before proposing, and where whoever delivers stays close afterwards. ADDS was born from that desire, with a simple method: listen first, propose later.
At ADDS, a team chosen for character brings together the technical foundation of people who work with data every day, the closeness of those who prefer to speak plainly, and the strategic perspective of those who think about the business before the technology. That combination defines every project, and stays present long after delivery.
