### João Marques — Founder & Technology Consultant

Founded and led by **João Marques**, ADDS was born from a real journey inside technology. Before creating it, João built a data department from scratch, designed forecasting algorithms that came to decide how products were distributed across 1,200 stores, and led an entire department from Excel spreadsheets to dynamic reporting. He has worked in distribution, healthcare, technology consulting and energy.

That diversity made clear what he wanted to build: a place where SMEs and professionals without large technical teams find technology within their reach, where every project starts by listening before proposing, and where whoever delivers stays close afterwards. And with one standard that is not up for negotiation: **what leaves here has to survive being challenged**. ADDS was born from that, with a simple method: **listen first, propose later**.

ADDS is led by João: the technical foundation of someone who works with data every day, the closeness of someone who speaks plainly, and the perspective of someone who thinks about the business before the technology. When a project calls for more hands, or skills that are not his, a network of specialist partners comes in, always under his direction.
